Yes. Team members with the correct account access can view and manage candidate conversations, making it easier to work together during the hiring process. You can invite here to invite other users.

Yes. You will receive notifications when a candidate sends you a new message, so you can reply quickly and keep the hiring process moving.

Notifications are available via:

• Desktop if you're logged in to AJobThing
• Mobile app if you install via Android and iOS

Chat availability may have a conversation time limit based on your account or plan. If a chat is no longer available, you may need to contact the candidate using other available methods.
