Responsibilities
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project budgets
- Obtain and analyze quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals for new projects
- Monitor project costs and provide regular cost reports to management
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and project documentation

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction estimating
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam or Planswift
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
