- Install new machinery and equipment
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery breakdowns
- Fabricate and weld machine parts as needed
- Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Train junior Millwrights as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
Requirement
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Millwright
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and hydraulics
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in Millwrighting preferred
- Physical stamina and strength
- Good communication skills
