Job Brief
We are looking for a caring and experienced Nanny to join our family. In this role, you'll be responsible for the daily care of our children, including preparing meals, helping with homework, and engaging them in fun and educational activities. Your goal will be to create an enjoyable and stimulating environment that promotes learning and growth.
You will work closely with parents to ensure that all caregiving needs are met and that routines are maintained. This will include planning outings, organizing playdates, and assisting with bedtime routines. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care for children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and well-being
- Follow established routines and schedules for meals, naps, and playtime
- Monitor children for signs of illness or distress and provide appropriate care
- Ensure children's safety at all times, both indoors and outdoors
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care
- Transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments as needed
- Attend training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirement
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nanny or childcare provider
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of child development and behavior management techniques
- Clean criminal background check
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
