Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts to support inventory planning
- Analyze historical data and market trends to identify patterns and improve forecast accuracy
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant information for forecasting
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand fluctuations
- Communicate forecast changes and recommendations to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in demand planning processes
- Conduct regular inventory analysis and performance reviews
- Optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Generate reports and metrics to track forecast accuracy and performance

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
