On July 3rd, AJobThing received recognition as the "Long-standing Partnership in Advancing the Adoption of Sharing Economy Models" from the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) under the newly launched Malaysia Digital initiative.
The award was presented by MDEC Chairman Datuk Seri Md Alwi Che Ahmad to AJobThing Founder Ray Teng.
The Digital Economy Industry Appreciation Award: Long-standing Partnership in Advancing the Adoption of Sharing Economy Models.
The award, organised by MDEC in conjunction with the launch of Malaysia Digital, was officiated by YAB Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob. Also present was the Minister of Communications and Multimedia Tan Sri Annuar Musa.
In conjunction with the Silver Jubilee celebration, MDEC organised the Malaysia Digital Economy Industry Awards Presentation Ceremony 2022 for the first time to recognise and appreciate the agencies and industry players who have been supporting the agency and contributing to the development of Malaysia's digital ecosystem.
Malaysia Digital is an improved and revamped programme at the nation's leading digital economy agency, MDEC, succeeding MSC Malaysia, which has been operating for 25 years.
