Bonus Penjawat Awam Selangor 2026: One Month Salary Aidilfitri Incentive Announced

The Selangor state government has announced a special Aidilfitri incentive for penjawat awam negeri Selangor ahead of the Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebration.

The announcement was made by Menteri Besar Selangor, Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari, who confirmed that eligible penjawat awam negeri Selangor will receive a festive bonus as appreciation for their contributions and service.

Eligible penjawat awam negeri Selangor will receive: One month’s salary as a special insentif Aidilfitri

For employees whose one-month salary is lower, the state government has set a minimum payment of RM1,000.

This incentive is given as a gesture of appreciation for the dedication and performance of penjawat awam negeri Selangor in delivering public services and supporting the development of the state.

Payment Date

The insentif Aidilfitri untuk penjawat awam Selangor will be credited on:

19 March 2026

In addition, penjawat awam negeri Selangor will receive their gaji bulan Mac lebih awal, between:

13 March and 16 March 2026

This means eligible employees will receive both their March salary and the Aidilfitri incentive before Hari Raya Aidilfitri, providing additional financial support during the festive period.

Other Recipients of the Aidilfitri Incentive

Apart from penjawat awam negeri Selangor, the Selangor government also announced incentives for several pemimpin komuniti.

These recipients will receive one month’s elaun or a minimum of RM500.

Incentive for Mosque Personnel and Religious Teachers

The Selangor state government will also provide an insentif Aidilfitri RM500 to:

Petugas masjid
Guru Rakyat

This assistance is given in appreciation of their roles in strengthening religious education and community engagement.

Incentive for Penjawat Awam Persekutuan Working in Selangor

In a separate announcement, the Selangor government will also provide insentif Aidilfitri RM300 to around 50,000 penjawat awam Persekutuan yang berkhidmat di Selangor.

Polis
Anggota tentera
Anggota bomba
Guru
Jururawat

However, the incentive will only be given to penjawat awam Persekutuan who:

Earn RM3,000 and below
Hold jawatan tetap
