How to Check e-Payslip Online
Follow these steps to check your salary slip online:
1. Visit the e-Payslip Website
Go to the official website: e-Penyata Gaji Portal
2. Register as a New User
For first-time users, click on “First Time Registering” (in blue text) to sign up.
3. Fill in Required Information
Enter the necessary details in the provided fields and click OK. Ensure that all details are correct before proceeding.
4. Log in to the System
Enter your ID number (NRIC/Passport/Other Valid ID Code) and password, then click Login.
5. Update Your Profile
Before downloading your salary slip, update your profile by entering your phone number and email address. This is crucial for password recovery.
6. Download Your Salary Slip
Once logged in and profile updated, go to the “Self” submenu to download either:

Monthly Salary Slip: Select Year & Month, click Search, and choose from the displayed list.

Annual Income Statement: Click Annual Income Statement under the Self submenu, select the relevant year, and download the statement.
