Hire NowIf you wish to resolve your matters at the SOCSO counter, you must first schedule an appointment online. Earlier in 2021, SOCSO launched its online appointment system called SOCSO MyTemujanji.
Here's how to schedule an appointment with SOCSO via MyTemujanji.
SOCSO Counter Services
As of now, SOCSO offers six types of services through MyTemujanji:

Registration of employer / employee / self-employment scheme;

Payment of contributions, arrears of contributions and Interest on Late Payment of Contributions (ILPC);

Submission of benefits form (except disability pension);

Complaints related to insured persons or beneficiaries;

Queries (Check contribution/ claim status/ SIP/ SPS); and
-
Other services that are not specified.
How to Schedule an Appointment with SOCSO Online
As a reminder, applicants must be at the SOCSO office at least fifteen (15) minutes before the appointment. SOCSO reserves the right to cancel the appointment if the applicant is late and must schedule a new appointment.
Here are the steps to schedule an appointment with SOCSO online:

Click on "TEMPAHAN TEMUJANJI"

Read the Terms and Conditions, then tick the box below it if you agree with the T&C. Click "Seterusnya."

Fill in the information on the e-Form:

Full Name (as on Identity Card / Passport);

Citizenship;
-
Identity Card Number;
-
Your phone number (ensure the line is active);
-
State (State you are in);
-
SOCSO Office (near you);

The date of the appointment of your choice; and
-
The time of the appointment of your choice

Press "Hantar". Your application is complete.

Print the appointment slip for reference.
Applicants must fill out this form to schedule an appointment with SOCSO.
Reviewing Your SOCSO Appointment
Here's how to review your scheduled appointment:

Click on "SEMAKAN TEMU JANJI"

Select your Citizenship status;

Enter your IC Number;

Press "Semak"; and

The website will display your appointment record.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if the appointment falls on a public holiday?
SOCSO will cancel the application if the appointment date falls on the date of a public holiday, occasional holiday, or sudden holiday announced by the government. The applicant will need to schedule a new appointment.
2. What documents do I need to bring?
Applicants must ensure to bring all required documents for the appointment. You can obtain forms and checklists here.
3. Is there a charge for the online appointment?
Application through the online appointment is free. SOCSO has never appointed any agent or individual as a mediator in any matter related to interest claims, payment of contributions, including online appointments.

*Note: For disability pension benefits applications, applicants do not need to schedule an appointment online and can walk in to SOCSO offices.

Appointment slots are limited. If the selected time and date are full, the applicant must select another time and date.

Applicants can make appointments one (1) day before the appointment date and up to six (6) months from the current date.

SOCSO will cancel the application if the appointment date falls on the date of a public holiday, occasional holiday, or sudden holiday announced by the government. The applicant will need to schedule a new appointment.

Checklist before attending the appointment

Ensure you print/upload/screenshot the booking slip and submit it when visiting the SOCSO Office.

Ensure you have downloaded the MySejahtera application on your phone.

You must wear a face mask when attending and dealing at the SOCSO counter.
