AJobThing just wrapped up the HR Eye Spy & Win Campaign (17–22 September 2025), a fun twist for HRs with puzzles, observation challenges, and exciting rewards.
We also excited to introduce its brand-new mascot, Jobie! As part of the campaign, a special 2-day “Guess the Captcha” challenge was held, where HR and employers in Malaysia tried to guess the correct name of the mascot.
In the following days, the fun continued with the “Finding Jobie” activity, where participants searched for Jobie across some images.
To make things even more exciting, AJobThing prepared special prizes for HRs who managed to guess all the quizzes correctly.

How HRs Played
The campaign ran in two parts:
1. Captcha Puzzle (17 – 18 Sept)
HRs were asked to solve a special captcha challenge with a hint: AJobThing’s new mascot name. The answer was none other than our mascot, Jobie!
2. Finding Jobie (19 – 22 Sept)
After the captcha, the fun continued with “Finding Jobie”, spotting our mascot hidden in lively workplace scenes. Only the sharpest eyes could find him among the crowd!
