  • Payment will only begin on the actual instalment date

  • Payments must finish before age 55
    (maximum application age: 54 years 6 months)

  • Members with pinjaman tertunggak (NPL) can still apply
    → KWSP will pay directly to the bank

  • KWSP may stop payments if:

    • Loan is fully paid

    • Rumah is sold / lelong / pindah milik

    • Incorrect or false documents are submitted

How the payment works:

  • Money is taken from Akaun Sejahtera

  • Placed into a special payment akaun

  • Monthly instalments are paid from there

  • Dividends will still be credited back to Akaun Sejahtera

You can also reapply once your current payment period is ending.

Who Can Apply?

You are eligible if you meet these conditions:

  • Malaysian or eligible non-Malaysian member

  • Below 55 years old

  • Have at least RM600 in Akaun Sejahtera

  • Own or are buying a rumah kediaman

  • Have an active pinjaman perumahan

  • Monthly ansuran has already started

Types of Properties Allowed

  • Banglo

  • Teres

  • Berkembar

  • Apartmen / Kondominium / Studio

  • Serviced apartment / Townhouse

  • SOHO / rumah kedai (with residential unit)

Note: Applications for SOHO must be done manually at a KWSP office.

  8. Upload your dokumen pinjaman bank

  9. Submit your application
