He credited the effective financial management of the state government for enabling this generous payout.
“Thanks to the wisdom of the Perak State Treasury in managing finances, we are able to allocate RM1,500 per recipient. This is a blessing and a provision from Allah SWT, as Perak has abundant natural resources, including minerals and NR-REE (non-radioactive rare earth elements),” he stated during the Majlis Berbuka Puasa Menteri Besar Bersama Penjawat Awam Negeri Perak at Laman Seri Ridzuan.
He also highlighted that the stability and prosperity of the state, coupled with innovative ideas from public servants, have contributed to Perak’s continuous development.
“With the Pelan Perak Sejahtera 2030, we aim to build a prosperous state that ensures the well-being of all its residents,” he added.
With this RM1,500 Aidilfitri bonus, the Perak State Government hopes to alleviate financial stress for public servants and ensure that they can celebrate Hari Raya with joy and peace of mind.
What About Private Sector Bonuses?
Some private companies also give festive bonuses, but the amount depends on company policies and performance.
Many are based on individual achievements, rewarding employees who contribute more.
Despite the differences, both public and private sector bonuses help employees celebrate Hari Raya with ease.
The Perak State Government’s Aidilfitri bonus is a timely gesture to support civil servants in preparing for the festive season.
Similarly, private sector bonuses, though varied, aim to reward employees for their efforts.
These financial incentives ensure a more joyful and meaningful Hari Raya celebration for all.
