According to Sabah State Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun, the payment will be given in two parts: RM500 for Hari Raya Aidilfitri and RM500 for Pesta Kaamatan.

"Keputusan ini telah dipersetujui pada Mesyuarat Jemaah Menteri Negeri Sabah hari ini, dan pembayaran akan dibuat menjelang sambutan Hari Raya Aidilfitri dan Pesta Kaamatan," he said in an official statement.
When will Penjawat Awam in Sabad Receive Their Bonus?
The Sabah State Government will provide a RM1,000 financial aid to its civil servants, paid in two equal parts:

RM500 for Hari Raya Aidilfitri – To be distributed before March 31 or April 1, 2025.

RM500 for Pesta Kaamatan – To be distributed before May 30, 2025.
This decision was officially approved during the Sabah State Cabinet meeting on March 26, 2025, as announced by State Finance Minister Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun.
