The payment is expected to be made in the first quarter of 2027.

This assistance recognises the contributions of penjawat awam persekutuan working in Sarawak, including those in education, healthcare, security and other public services.

RM500 for Pesara Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sarawak

The Sarawak Government has also announced financial assistance for pesara Perkhidmatan Awam Negeri Sarawak.

Eligible pesara will receive a one-off payment of RM500 each.

Around 10,141 pesara are expected to benefit, with an estimated allocation of RM5.1 million.
