
This Indian Boss Gives 600 Cars to His Employees as Deepavali Bonus

A thousand more staff were offered gifts of cash deposits and apartments in a large outdoor event in Gujarat, India.
The founder of Hari Krishna Exports gave away 400 Renault Kwids out of 600 vehicles reserved for gifting and bonus purposes to employees that achieved the company targets. Apart from the Kwid, the company will also be gifting the Maruti Suzuki Celerio to its employees.

The gifts were part of a program targeting staff who have given loyal service to the diamond trader.
"As a part of our loyalty bonus program to our employees, we will be giving incentive to approximately 1700 diamond artists and diamond engineers," Savji Dholakia announced in a Facebook post.
This is not the first time the tycoon made headlines for giving lavish gifts to his employees, Savji Dholakia has been doing this since 2012, when he gave three employees cars for their outstanding performance.

Hindustan Times mentioned that Dholakia gave 491 cars and 207 flats to his employees in 2014.
In 2016, he surpassed his record by giving away 1,260 cars, 400 flats and jewelleries to his employees as Deepavali gifts.

Last month, Dholakia also gave away Mercedes Benz SUVs to three employees who have served Hari Krishna Exporters for 25 years.
GQ India said that out of the 5,500 employees who work at the company, 4,000 employees had already received their gifts before the ceremony.
