Eligibility Requirements
This service is open to all business sectors and companies with a paid-up capital of not more than RM300,000.
These are the conditions for eligible applicants to apply for supporting documents via eDokumen:

Bumiputera and Malaysian citizen.

Age 18-60 years (Financing period expires up to 65 years).

The applicant is not bankrupt.

The company is 100% owned by a Bumiputera and Malaysian citizen.

Have a valid license / permit / Valid business registration (SSM).
-
Have a specific location for business or mobile.
-
Involved directly or part-time in the business.
-
One financing for one household.
-
The paid-up capital limit does not exceed RM300,000.

Existing business financing not exceeding RM100,000.

The applicant runs a business. Applicants who want to start a business must have cash contribution capital of at least 20% of the financing as a commitment to run a business.

For the purchase of commercial vehicles / heavy machinery, the amount of financing is 10% of the price of a commercial vehicle / heavy machinery (subject to the applicant's cash flow and financial position).

For Enterprise (Partnership), it is necessary to obtain a partnership authorisation letter that allows the applicant to apply for a loan. The partner must be a Bumiputera or a Malaysian citizen.

For Private Limited Companies/Syarikat Sendirian Berhad (Sdn. Bhd), it is mandatory to prepare a Company Resolution following the format provided, which provides authorisation.o

Channelling financing in the name of the company of RM20,000 and above.

Financing approval in the name of the Enterprise (Sole Proprietor) for the financing of RM20,000 and above can be considered eligible by using the applicant's current account or Enterprise.

Visit https://www.tekun-edokumen.my. Enter the Business/Company number and click 'Pasti'. The results will be displayed on the screen.

Users need to click the required document box, select either Digitally Verified Copy of Document (Mobile QR Code Co -Document) or Standard Document and click 'Sure'.

The applicant must fill in name, phone number, email address, entity type, and status before making the payment. The applicant must also fill in a VALID email address to receive the purchase notice and document information via email.

For purchase method, Rafftech's payment gateway is iPay88 for online banking only. Any changes to the method of payment will be notified later.

Applicants need to download the Winzip/WinRAR/7zip application first to unzip the file. The applicant will then receive the document in PDF format.

TEKUN will send an email upon successful purchase of Tekun's supporting document. The email includes purchase receipts and supporting documents purchased.
