Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and job boards)
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates and provide shortlists to hiring managers
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
