We are seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter to manage our complete recruiting process from start to finish. In this role, you'll source, interview, and guide candidates through the selection and onboarding stages for a variety of positions.
Your work will involve collaborating with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and creating positive experiences for candidates throughout the hiring process.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for solving recruitment challenges, and a familiarity with recruitment software and tools. Your ability to build candidate relationships and manage multiple roles is essential.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience with sourcing techniques
