- Participate in diversity and inclusion events and conferences
- Stay up-to-date on diversity and inclusion laws and regulations
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in diversity and inclusion management
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Experience in training and educating employees on diversity and inclusion topics
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace
